Exam Scheduling
Students who have been approved for accommodations for exams, must schedule ALL of their exams and quizzes for the current semester through CDA as soon as possible after accommodation notices have been sent to professors.

Schedule your exams online through the following link, Exam Form. You will receive a confirmation email once your exams have been scheduled.

Due to space limitations, exams must be scheduled in advance (typically at least five school days). CDA cannot proctor same-day or next-day exams.

Exams must be scheduled for the same days and times the class will be taking the exams.

CDA is available to proctor exams Monday - Friday 8:30am – 4:30pm.
